Data validation failure
If node tools/validate-data.mjs fails, check the error output. Common causes include a missing city in cities.json, a non-chronological event timestamp, or an unknown carrier.
Missing brand error during build
If you receive 'Unknown brand' during build, make sure the BRAND environment variable matches an existing folder in src/content/brands/ and is registered in src/lib/brand.mjs.
Language check failures
tools/check.mjs scans all files in src/, public/, and dist/ for non-English terms and prohibited buzzwords. Remove any forbidden words and re-run check.
Port already in use
If tools/serve.mjs fails with EADDRINUSE on port 8983, pass a custom port with --port <number>.
