Returns

Returns and exchanges

Collection at the door and a return label the recipient can read without an app.

What the depot does

What you get

One visit instead of two: the courier brings the exchange and takes the return on the same stop.

  • Return label tied to the original parcel
  • Exchange and return on one stop
  • Condition recorded at collection

The run

Three steps, in the order they happen.

  1. 01

Tie the label to the parcel

The return label inherits the original parcel ID, so the depot sees the history behind the box.

  2. 02

    Collect at the door

The rider records condition and seals at collection, which is the only moment the evidence exists.

  3. 03

    Restock or hold

The return is scanned into restock or hold with the reason, and the sender sees it the same day.
