Speed
Same-day courier
Point-to-point pickups inside the metro, dispatched to a rider or a van within the hour.
What the depot does
What you get
A pickup time you can give the sender, a named run, and a delivery record with a timestamp the recipient can read.
- Pickup window confirmed at booking
- Run and rider assigned before pickup
- Proof of delivery attached to the parcel
The run
Three steps, in the order they happen.
- 01
Book the window
Address, size, and the window. The booking carries the window the sender promised their own customer.
- 02
Dispatch the run
The nearest rider or van is assigned by zone, with the pickup time the board will hold them to.
- 03
Close at the door
Delivery, failed attempt, or reschedule: all three end with a record and a next step.
