Planned
Scheduled routes
Fixed daily runs per zone, so the depot plans the cage before the parcels arrive.
What the depot does
What you get
A route that runs whether or not the day is busy, and a cut-off time the sender can plan a pack line around.
- Route and cut-off published per zone
- Cage plan per run before arrival
- Delivery window per stop, not per route
The run
Three steps, in the order they happen.
- 01
Publish the cut-off
Each zone has a cut-off and a run time. The sender plans packing against the cut-off, not against a hope.
- 02
Plan the cage
The depot builds the cage by run and stop order, so sorting is a check rather than a search.
- 03
Run and record
Every stop records delivered, attempted, or rescheduled, and the route closes with a count that matches the cage.
