1. Remove the floating DemoPill
Open src/layouts/BaseLayout.astro. Remove the DemoPill import on line 9 and the <DemoPill brand=Haulpoint /> tag near line 46. The switcher will no longer appear.
2. Remove sample data badges
Elements carrying demo markings are tagged with the data-demo attribute across pages (hero preview, metrics band, service items, case cards). Search for data-demo in src/ to locate or remove them.
4. Replace sample data
Replace shipments.json with your actual production data or an API fetch, and run node tools/validate-data.mjs to verify formatting.
