Ocean
Ocean freight
Full container and less-than-container loads, booked against a berth window instead of a hopeful date.
Outcome
What you get
A container on a named vessel with a berth window, a document set that matches the entry, and an ETA that changes when the vessel does.
- Berth window and vessel named at booking
- Container and seal recorded per leg
- Arrival, discharge, and release on one timeline
The process
Three steps, in order.
- 01
Book the slot
Mode, container type, and the two ports. The booking carries the promised delivery date from the first minute.
- 02
Hold the berth window
The vessel and the terminal slot are confirmed together. A roll-over changes the ETA on the shipment page, not in a side email.
- 03
Clear and release
Documents go to the customs entry before discharge, so the release is a step on the timeline rather than a phone call.
